Acknowledge it. Say, “Thank you for trying to protect me.”
Ask yourself: “What do I truly need right now? Comfort? Perspective? A plan?”

It’s not about pretending worries don’t exist or pushing them away — it’s about asking ourselves: Do I need to carry this weight twice, or can I find a way to lighten it?
